These rings are etched. The ring on the left is gold plated, the one in the middle is also gold plated but only in the etched area and the one the right is oxidised but only in the etched area.

My friend wears hers all stacked together.

The necklace above was a drop cast over ice. I think it looks like a lady holding hands with her child.

Kilt Pins

The Pin above and below are made so that the pieces fit into each other like a jig saw. The idea being that in a couple each could wear a pin, one for the man on his kilt and one for the woman on her dress or jacket, showing there unity and commitment to each other.

Tying of the Hands Magnetic Bracelets

Inspired by the Celtic tradition "Hand Fasting" or "Tying of the Hands" where bride and groom are bond together with ribbon to show their unity and commitment to each other.

In the charms on each bracelet a magnet is set in the silver. The idea is that when two people want to unite in marriage or civil partnership, on the day of their union they wear a bracelet each.

When they come together to make their promises to each other the magnets connect and symbolises their commitment and love for each other.

After the the ceremony whenever the lovers hold hands out in the park or whilst out doing the shopping they will hear the sound of the magnets snapping together.

Drop Casting

These are the drop cast experiments. I tried dropping the silver into different forms of liquid. There were varying effects. I personally feel the drop casts into cold runnings. water has the most interesting form
